From 2021 to 2024 , OK-RM has brought together a team of artists, designers, architects, researchers, musicians and dancers to create new proposals for collective creation and action. Due to the nature of materiality (...), this book was compiled to put into the form of this arrangement and was created as a "report" consisting of an archive of research and process work, along with a body of work created using various media formats.
The book is the result of a five-phase exploratory research called "Enquiry," in which collaborators explore a dynamic synthesis of creativity, practice and communication through film, performance, publications, poetry, video, sculpture and composition. Exploring new ways of publishing and design, the book is guided by the principle of "orchestration" - the act of directing multiple elements to produce a project.
The materials from which the book is made embody the creative methods of "Enquiries" itself: transparency, complex combinations, lightness, curiosity and participation. Printed in silver ink and constructed as a circular object, the book offers the reader an open-ended, non-linear experience, inviting participation in the spirit of inquiry.
