This is "NO-RECORD-FOUND CERTIFICATE – 759 Insects –" (2022) by Kodai Iwasaki.
Kodai Iwasaki is an artist who has been creating works using insects as motifs and themes. The impetus for this publication was a result of a chance encounter he had with some insect specimens in 2020 that had nowhere to go. The 759 insect specimens he came across at that time had been abandoned by collectors for various reasons and were not in the best of condition.
This book is an effort to consider the fate of the 759 insect specimens that Iwasaki has been entrusted with, and to develop the book as a "new home" for the insects.

The binding, reminiscent of the luminous beetles found in nature, retains its brilliance even when the book is scratched, and its beauty increases, just like the insect specimens woven into it (Ammel).
