The fourth album is released by Jagjaguwar. In contrast to the previous album "22, A Million", "i,i" evokes the image of individuality. Bon iver is named after the French phrase "bon hiver" which means "Have a beautiful winter, have a good winter!" A line from the 90s TV drama "Northern Exposure."
