This is "The Artist's Way" (2017) by Julia Cameron, translated by Yasuhiko Suga.

Everyone, at some point, must have had one or two things they wanted to be. But most people abandon their dream of being creative due to beliefs from society, their parents, and their own self-doubt, thinking, "I don't have talent," "It's impossible," or "Stop talking about dreams and get a real job." This book provides concrete methods for living creatively by doing "what you've always wanted to do."

It's a great title, isn't it? I stocked this book without reading it, but to put it simply, it's a self-help book. It consists of a 12-week program and is for people who have thoughts about creativity. On a personal note, I've started it myself. I pulled out a notebook with only one page filled and used a pen as a bookmark. What will happen, I wonder? (Ammel)
