Problems when selecting bank transfer as payment method

We have confirmed a bug where when you select bank transfer as your payment method on the online shop, the automated email you receive does not include the bank details for the transfer.

After investigating, we found that we need to edit the Shopify code, so it will take some time until we can improve the way the transfer details are written in the automated email.

At the moment, we are manually sending you an email with the transfer details individually.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
